As the founder of The Crist Team, Julie is an established Real Estate Broker and licensed REALTOR® who has 19+ years of experience helping hundreds of clients find the perfect home.
Buying or selling a home or investing in property can be a complex and overwhelming endeavor – that’s why Julie is there to walk you through every step of the process. Whether looking to purchase a first home, sell an existing home, or expand a portfolio of investment properties, she's here to help.
Like many of you, family is the heart of her life. As a resident of the Hampton Roads area for more than 25 years, she has lived and worked in various cities throughout the Tidewater area – both on the Southside and on the Peninsula. She's watched her children, and now grandchildren, grow up in the area and have very deep roots in our community. She enjoys helping clients from all walks of life and economic backgrounds achieve their dreams of homeownership, and is proud to say her clients are a part of our Crist Team family.
As a leader in the industry and top producer for over 19 years, I recognize and value the trust my clients have in me and I look forward to working with you.
Leah's degree and background in sociology and psychology help her relate and understand clients on a deeper level. Real estate is not about just finding or selling a home it is about understanding areas, being an expert in your community, listening to others' needs, creating relationships, and giving customers the best experience possible. She considers herself a “people person” and helping people is a passion.
Leah was raised in Hampton and is now raising her family in Poquoson and considers herself an expert in the Peninsula area. When not wearing her real estate hat, she enjoys designing and redecorating her own home, reading, traveling, and being a mom to her two beautiful and busy girls.
From relaxing on the beach and finding nature trails and state parks, to shopping in Williamsburg and taking the scenic route through Surry and camping on the Eastern Shore - some of her happiest times have been spent soaking up everything that life in Coastal Virginia has to offer. Her passion for the area she lives in, her genuine need to help others, and her obsession for all things real estate creates an informative and painless transaction for her clients.
Christy is our newest team member taking over the role of Transaction Coordinator. Her main responsibilities involve making the transaction as smooth as possible for both agents and clients by being the main communicator between all parties involved. Christy comes with a background in nursing for over a decade, which makes her perfect for taking care of everyone's needs. She has chosen to switch to the real estate industry to be able to stay home with her 3 young children. She is very creative and detail oriented, and likes to put her special touch on every interaction with our clients and fellow agents. Since joining The Crist Team, Christy has picked up very quickly on the transaction process. She is excited about the opportunity to learn more about the real estate business!
Christy was born and raised in Portsmouth, but currently lives in Great Bridge with her husband, Danny, and 3 wonderful kids. She enjoys watching True Crime shows and coloring in her downtime. She and her family love to go to the park, pool, and local farms together. They also enjoy baking and taking trips to new places.
